1. Acceptance of terms

Using Recursoiglesia implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

When you register you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. We store the date and the version of the terms you accepted.

2. Service description

Recursoiglesia is a platform offering digital resources for church musicians, such as multitracks, charts, drum samples and design templates, available through subscription plans.

3. User accounts

To access certain resources you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials or letting other people use your account is grounds for suspension.

4. Subscriptions, automatic renewal and payments

Access to premium resources requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.

Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically at the end of each period, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. You are charged even if you did not use the platform during the period: not using your account does not pause or cancel the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge.

We may change plan prices. We will notify you by email before the first charge at the new price. If you remain subscribed after that notice, you accept the updated price.

5. Refunds and payment disputes

Charges already made are not refundable, in whole or in part, including unused periods. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

If you have a problem with a charge, write to us before disputing it with your bank. Most cases are resolved right away.

Opening a bank dispute over an authorized charge without first contacting support may result in permanent suspension of the account.

6. Use of resources and fair use

Downloaded resources are intended for personal use and for your ministry or congregation.

Reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing or commercializing the downloaded files is not permitted.

Access to the library is meant for the normal use of a musician or worship team: downloading the resources you will use in your ministry. We reserve the right to limit or suspend, temporarily or permanently, accounts that show unusual download patterns, bulk or automated downloads, or signs of hoarding, redistribution or account sharing.

Suspension for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact us and we will review the case.

7. Intellectual property

All content available on the platform belongs to its respective owners. Access to the resources does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, not to use automated tools to download content, and not to take any action that affects its operation or other users.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish from your account section. You will keep access until the end of the period already paid and no further charges will be made.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the platform active and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Changes will be posted on this page with their update date and, when relevant, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after publication implies acceptance.
